Favortron Co Pledges to Make Environmentally-Friendly Cable Ties

“We are committed to using environmentally friendly materials for all our products. Even our equipment comes up to the international requirements of environmental protection,” Tina Wang, sales manager of Favortron Co, said in a recent interview.
Boasting its high-quality cable ties, Favortron Co undergoes a rigorous environmental protection inspection for its facilities every year as it guarantees the production of pollutant-free cable ties.
“In essence, we have been doing this for more than six years,” Wang said, noting that the company is striving to not only advance its productivity but also unremittingly refine the quality of its products to survive the highly competitive market.
Favortron Co was established in 1982 and has since been sparing no efforts to enhance its production performance and product quality. It has obtained a slew of international certificates, including ISO, UL ,ROHS and Europe environment standard SVHC.
The company began to employ the Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) integration solution more than a decade ago, which significantly increased its production capacity. The ERP is the latest high-end solution used for managing a company’s resources.
“Having control over the inventory means controlling the capital flow. The ERP system indeed helps our factory eliminate waste and increase productivity,” Wang said. “Under the system, our materials used for making cable ties are guaranteed fresh – as plastics can be expired.”
The ERP system can integrate the input material volume, merchandises’ sales figure and inventory quantity, which means that it can clarify information, allowing the production department to schedule production earlier.
The manager said that with the new system installed, the marketing department is able to predict future market trends in terms of the sales type and quantity. “Favortron makes sure that its customers use the best product,” she added.
In the fourth quarter of last year, Favortron Co decided to focus on the production of their new product – security cable ties, which can be used for a variety of purposes, ranging from medical facilities and fire-fighting equipment to postal security and food safety.
Favortron Co then successfully promoted the new product in various exhibitions while continuing to enhance its cold resistance and heat resistance aimed at making another breakthrough in improving the quality in the short term.
“We are planning to replace all out-of-date production equipments in a bid to ensure the quality of our products as we are exploring into new markets,” Wang said. “Some companies are using recycled materials to make their products to reduce costs.”
Favortron Co has been manufacturing cable ties for nearly 30 years and has been creating and customizing cable ties for just as long. Its cable ties are ROHS, HALOGEN FREE, UL certified and currently being used all over the world.
